Shipping policy

All the Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days of ordering and gets delivered within 6-10 business days post shipping.
 (Average delivery time 10-15 business days pan India) 

Delivery may delay in some exceptional cases.

Urgent orders need to be done through instagram page and informed 7 days before you want it delivered.

We use shadow fax, dtdc & Ekart as our delivery partners, as well as the trackings are sent right after dispatch to your whatsapp & email so don't forget to attach your email address while ordering.

NOTE: IF WE HAVE DISPATCHED THE ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECIEVE THE PACKAGE AT THEIR FAULT AND IT IS RETURNED BACK TO US THEN THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR FURTHER CHARGES OF ₹99 TO RESHIP THERE ORDER.

 

No refunds will be issued if we have dispatched the parcel, and due to customer mistake it has been returned back to us. It will only be re-dispatched after the customer has paid the penalty fee of ₹99.
